Restoration work is organized as a series of protocols. The entry points are a comprehensive restoration protocol from $125 and a 30-day at-home care plan starting at $125, with 90-day and 120-day protocols adding CRLAB products, a red light helmet and, at the longest level, monthly AlmaTED treatments. Every protocol starts with a hair and scalp consultation at $195, billed separately. AlmaTED uses ultrasound to move hair-supporting ingredients into the scalp with no needles and no recovery period. The business recommends at least four treatments for most people, reports study results including an average density increase and reduced shedding, and notes that individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Hair replacement, extension services and goods are non-refundable and must be installed by the salon, so clients cannot bring their own hair. Concerns must be raised within 72 hours of the appointment, and payment is due at completion. Accepted payments include cash, card, Zelle, Apple Pay, Affirm, Klarna, AfterPay, eligible HSA and FSA funds, and Cherry payment plans with 0% APR options subject to eligibility.

Street parking is available on South Fair Oaks Ave, and a free lot behind the building can be reached off Grace Terrace and Alarcon Place. Handicap parking is on Fair Oaks, and wheelchair access is through the front door. Service animals are welcome.
