The color menu includes blonding from platinum to lived-in blonde. Blonding begins with a consultation about your color history and the looks you like, followed by a custom color plan. Dimensional color layers several shades with placement techniques, and the menu also covers fantasy colors and subtle highlights. Color can be done on its own or alongside hair extensions. The color team completes Davines training, and Davines is the brand used for color.

Hair extensions come in several types. Wefts add length and volume without glue or adhesives. I-Tips attach single strands with a microlink and also need no glue. K-Tips use keratin bonds and can be blended to match texture, length and color. Seamless tape-ins are reusable and suit shorter lengths and finer hair; the salon describes their adhesive as medically graded. The salon uses Slavic remy hair with the cuticle intact and no silicone, and it works with the Great Lengths, Dreamcatchers, Frame&Thread and Short2Long brands. Oi oil by Davines is recommended for everyday extension care.

Hair replacement is offered to women and men in South Tampa and uses non-surgical systems. Options include toppers that add volume, hide thinning or cover bald spots, full wigs, hair integration and ongoing maintenance. Brands used are New Concepts Hair Goods, My Choice Hair and On Rite. For clients with thinning or early-stage hair loss, the salon offers the Calecim Professional Advanced Hair System, a six-week hair restoration program built on patented PTT-6 technology. The salon says it is the only salon in Tampa offering Calecim, and it describes the treatment as clinically proven and non-invasive.

Visits start with a warm greeting and a refreshing drink or a sweet treat. Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair, and washing the day before is fine. Dry shampoo or root coverage must be washed out before service, and a blowout fee may apply. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service adjusted or shortened. Cancellations or reschedules made with at least 48 hours' notice carry no fee; a 50% fee applies with less notice, and a 100% fee applies to same-day cancellations, no-shows and reschedules made at the last minute. Children and pets are not permitted at appointments. Hair and extension adjustments are complimentary within five days of the appointment, though changes of mind about chemical or extension services are not covered. Refunds are not offered, and an additional charge may apply if post-care instructions for keratin treatments or extension installations are not followed.

Restoration centers on strengthening the hair and scalp a client already has. Replacement takes a different route, using non-surgical systems that deliver coverage right away.
