Color services include a base color, glosses and a customized lighting service. That lighting service uses balayage or foil to lighten, brighten and add dimension to a client's own color. Lightening is offered as partial lightening around the face, half head or full head, with full head pricing depending on the look wanted. Haircuts and blow-dries are not included in color services and are priced separately. Haircuts are priced for mid-length or shorter hair, long and thick hair, and separately for tweens (10 to 13) and teens (14 to 17).

Treatments include a Cezanne treatment, priced by hair length and thickness, and a keratin smoothing treatment, also known as Keratherapy. A 10-minute massage and blow-dry with conditioning and a hot spa towel is offered for $65.

Booking changes are made by calling or texting the salon, and a text confirmation goes out three days before the appointment. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are accepted by call or text. Large appointments such as highlights or keratin treatments need 72 hours' notice, or a fee of 50% of the original service applies.

The salon focuses on quality and creativity in its color, cutting and styling work.
