Color is a major part of the menu. Custom blonde can be booked as a half or full head and uses babylights, teased foils, tip outs and a root melt, with appointments set at a minimum of 150 minutes. Balayage includes a root melt and toner and takes at least 165 minutes. First-time balayage clients are welcome, including those who had balayage done by a previous stylist. A root touch-up is available for grey coverage, giving full coverage at the roots, and a toner or gloss is offered to take out brassy tones after strong lightening. Add-ons such as a root shadow for a softer grow-out and a high-shine top coat that helps protect color are also available.

Extensions start with a free 20-minute consultation covering K-tip and hand-tied weft options. Installations are done as hand-tied or machine weft and start at $200. Haircut blending is not included, so the client needs to already have the hair, and a $75 deposit is required. A move-up appointment at six weeks is offered with three options.

Packages can be bought in advance, and their credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and the client must be approved before the appointment. Some services require a deposit, which is non-refundable. Clients have a 15-minute grace period after arrival, and appointments that run past it are automatically cancelled, with a deposit needed to reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise 50% of the service fee is charged. A reschedule deposit can be transferred once if the change is made within 48 hours.
