Color is the core of the menu. Specialties include dimensional brunettes and blondes, sun-kissed tones, rich reds and low-maintenance color. Visits range from a quick gloss between appointments to The Transformation, a roughly three-hour full color service combining foiling, tip-outs, a root tap or smudge, a gloss and a precision haircut. The Transformation is not offered for box dye or color corrections. Root Me Up is a single-process color that covers grey, blends it or keeps current color in place, with a blow dry included and a recommended rhythm of every 6 to 9 weeks. The Full and The Partial offer multi-dimensional color, with the Partial suited to clients who have already had a Full Custom Color. Color Consultation is a complimentary 15-minute session covering goals, required services, product recommendations and follow-up appointments.

Luxury extensions are a major part of the studio. Extensions are blended and mostly invisible, and each client's hair and extensions are custom colored together. The process starts with a pre-consultation form, answered within 48 hours to check fit. A consultation follows, covering trying on lengths and colors, maintenance, home care and pricing. Extensions are installed on semi-clean hair for the first install and all move-ups, which happen every 6 to 9 weeks under a personalized care plan. Home care advice includes avoiding sunscreens containing avobenzone, with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide sunscreens described as the safest options, and avoiding salt water, with a wash recommended right after swimming. The Keratin Smoothing Treatment, which takes about two hours, reduces frizz, conditions and keeps natural movement.

Booking details matter here. The studio is open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and closed Friday through Sunday. A credit card is required to hold an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50 percent, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full. Clients receive a confirmation text and email 48 hours ahead. Redo or adjustment requests are accepted within 7 days of service, but changing one's mind does not qualify, and deposits and payments are non-refundable. Clients are asked to arrange childcare during appointments. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company, with no hard credit check and an application that takes about 60 seconds; options include 0% APR plans and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%. Gift cards can be bought through the booking site.
