Recurring plans called ritual memberships are offered in care, style, extension and blonde versions, usually in 2-week, 3-week, 1-month, 3-month, 6-month or 1-year terms. Care plans include shampoo, conditioner, gentle scalp care and detangling without a blow dry. Style plans include a shampoo, blow dry and style each visit. Extension plans are one visit per week. Blonde plans include a custom toner and haircut every 8 weeks.

Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged 70 percent. Color correction, fashion color and K-tip installs require a consultation first, and the consultation fee is credited to a booked service.
