Before booking certain color work, clients have a one-on-one consultation that covers their goals, color history, upkeep and daily routine. The consultation is $55 and requires a $50 deposit, which is applied toward a future booked service. Bright fashion colors and color correction both need a consultation before the appointment is set.
Beyond color, the studio offers root blending for silver or white growth, with an optional gloss, and a version that pairs root blending with a haircut. Glosses adjust or cancel unwanted tones. There is also a metal detox add-on for clients on well water, aimed at copper and other metals that can affect color and hair strength, and a deep conditioning add-on for damaged hair. Haircuts are offered too, and clients are asked to text to book them.
Policies are clear before the visit. A no-show results in the card on file being charged the full service price, and cancellations made 24 hours or less ahead without a reason incur a 50% fee.
