Visits are built around the individual. Clients who are new to extensions or lived-in color begin with an online inquiry, then attend a non-refundable in-person consultation before booking. The studio serves only the client and the stylist, so friends, family and children cannot join appointments. Snacks, drinks and a TV with streaming services are available during appointments, which can run long, so clients may bring a book or laptop.
Other services are offered on a limited basis for haircuts, keratin treatments, all-over color and gray touch-ups, booked by text without a consultation form. Clients are asked to wash and blow-dry their hair the day before or the morning of an appointment, avoid products near the scalp before extension visits, and moisturize around the hairline before color. Permanent jewelry in gold filled, gold vermeil and sterling silver is also offered, and eGift cards are sold in set and custom amounts.
The studio focuses on premium extensions and lived-in color, with attention to keeping hair healthy and lasting over time.
