The salon treats hairdressing as a craft and its stylists as artisans, and says it puts each stylist's personal goals first. Clients are worked with individually so that each service carries personal touches suited to them. Maria, who founded the salon, is one of its owners alongside Christina and Dave, and Alex serves as Salon Director.

Clients can book through the salon's online system, which shows stylist availability, or by calling the salon. Free consultations let clients meet a stylist and receive a pricing estimate, and every hair extension appointment begins with a consultation. Graphics, fantasy and corrective colors are priced after consultation, and all other listed prices are starting prices. The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed on Mondays. Hours can change without notice.

Maria runs LCA Wigs inside the salon, helping clients find synthetic or human hair wigs, hairpieces and toppers across a range of budgets. Sales of hair pieces, wigs, toppers and extensions are final. Once one has left the premises it cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged or credited, for hygiene, health and safety reasons, so clients review and approve items before buying.

The salon works with each client to create personal touches tailored to them, and treats hairdressing as a craft.
