Color is a central part of the menu. Options range from partial and heavy highlights and all-over color to root touch-ups and balayage with a lived-in, grown-out look. Heavy highlights use 45 or more foils for an all-over brighter result, and depth can be added with color instead of lightener.

Hand-tied extensions are offered for added length, fullness or color definition. Clients begin with a required extension consultation of about 30 minutes, which includes a deposit to order hair. Installation takes roughly two to four hours and can be done in one row or two, with move-up maintenance priced per row. The IBE luxury extension line uses custom-colored wefts, a luxury treatment, a custom cut and style, and a starter kit. Coloring a client's own hair to match the wefts is booked separately before installation.

New clients can request a free consultation before booking, and a Hairapy Session is a first-visit appointment for talking through hair history, challenges and goals. A complimentary blow-dry is part of the new-client experience, and haircuts include a complimentary shampoo and blowout. The salon also takes updo bookings, including bridal party and on-location requests.

Booking details: a credit card on file is required to schedule, changes made within 24 hours carry a fee of 50% of the originally scheduled services, new color guests pay a deposit that goes toward their total, and payment is by cash or card only.
