Booking takes a 50% deposit for all services. Changes made at least 24 hours ahead carry no fee; later changes incur a fee of half the service cost and forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service cost to the card on file. Clients are asked to share allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions and prior chemical treatments such as box dye, henna or relaxers before a service. Services are non-refundable, but a client who is unhappy can contact the salon within 7 days of the appointment for a complimentary adjustment. Unused retail products can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, while styling tools and hair accessories are final sale.
