The menu covers cuts for adults and children 12 and under, including clipper cuts, along with cut and blow dry options. Color work includes toner, full color with styling, cap highlights, partial and full foil highlights, and balayage. Styling options run from wash and set to wash, blow out and a thermal service, and treatments include hair masks, Olaplex, Paul Mitchell mini keratin and a global keratin treatment.

Walk-ins are welcome when there is availability, though booking ahead by phone or online is recommended. Reservations require a credit card on file, and a text or email confirmation goes out 48 hours before the appointment. Regular hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 10am to 8pm and Friday and Saturday from 9am to 3pm, with the salon closed on Mondays. Sunday visits are by appointment for bridal parties.

Corrective color is handled by consultation only, and the salon charges an extra fee for each bowl of color needed. Cuts combined with color services carry an added charge. Revisions are offered at no cost when requested within two weeks of the original service and booked with the original stylist. The stylists take continuing education courses to keep up with current techniques.

Hair Xtreme uses only Paul Mitchell products and has its stylists take continuing education to stay current with new techniques.
