Appointments can only be booked through the online system. First-time clients asking for color or extension work must have a consultation before their full service. Before arriving, hair should be combed out completely and kept clear of thick oils and gels, as well as protective styling. If detangling runs longer than 8 minutes, a fee starting at $50 applies.

Online prices are starting rates and can change with length, density, add-ons or the complexity of the hair. A non-refundable $50 retainer is taken at booking and applied to the final balance, and full payment is due at the end of service. Card payments on in-person balances carry a 3% service fee, which cash avoids. Accepted payments are cash, major cards and select digital methods. Card details are stored by the payment processor for booking fees, service totals and fees.

Changes made at least 48 hours ahead avoid fees. Late cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 100%. Clients have a 10-minute grace period and are treated as no-shows if more than 15 minutes late. Concerns about results must be raised within 72 hours of the appointment, and adjustments are at the stylist's discretion. All sales are final. Extension clients are typically asked back every 4 to 6 weeks for maintenance. Additional guests and children are not allowed unless they are being serviced, and clients who are sick or recently exposed to illness are asked to reschedule. Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use and portfolio, and clients can opt out at the start of their appointment.
