A head spa visit begins with a microscopic scalp analysis. From there, the session may include aromatherapy, infrared light therapy, sound bath therapy, massage and a hot tea ritual. The salon describes its head spa service as a customized reset for hair and scalp. Options range from the 30-minute Express Reset and Signature Relax 30 to the 45-minute Signature Reset and the 90-minute Signature Detox 60. Scalp add-ons include a steam bath scalp therapy that uses warm steam to open pores and soften buildup, a Waterfall Halo treatment with gentle vibrations along the hairline and temples, and a Gemstone Cooling Eye Mask.

The hair menu covers cutting, styling, color, extensions and add-ons. Haircuts include men's cuts, a children's cut for ages 5 to 10, dry cuts, a curly hair cut shaped for coils, curls and waves, and a combined cut and style. Styling options include blowouts, classic roller sets, a Natural Flow style for textured and curly hair, and silk presses for short to long natural hair. Color includes toner, full color coverage using single-process color, and high and low lighting using foils, balayage, ombre or other methods. For color coverage and lighting, a virtual consultation is recommended. Extensions can be blown dry and flat ironed or colored.

Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice for changes or cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less notice carry a 30% fee, and no-shows are charged in full. Gift cards come in set amounts of $75, $100, $165 and $195 or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM, and closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
