The menu is grouped into bonded style quick weaves, natural-style services such as silk presses and detangling, sew-ins, and wig installation. Sew-ins range from partial and traditional installs to closure and frontal versions, and existing sew-ins can be maintained at the salon. Extra bundles, extra tracks and curls are priced separately, and some prices shift with hair length, density or the look requested.

Each visit starts with hair that has been detangled, and before and after photos are taken. Clients are asked to wait in their car rather than arrive early, and extra guests are not allowed at appointments. Deposits are $25 for styled services and $50 for braided styles, non-refundable and non-transferable, paid by CashApp or Zelle, with the balance due in cash or by a debit card on file.

Running more than 15 minutes late incurs a $25 fee after the grace period. Same-day reschedules are charged $25, same-day cancellations $50, and no-call no-shows 50% of the service price. Instagram is @hairwithatwist_byshay.
