Beyond braiding, the menu includes crochet styles and feather crochet for ages 13 and up, sew-in installs for all ages, and wig, crochet and sew-in braid-down services. Every style is timed, and the online booking system only offers appointment times that fit the chosen service. It will not book past closing. Clients are asked to read the policies before booking, since booking means agreeing to them. Prices are subject to change at the owner's discretion.

The studio runs a referral program. A client earns a $10 hair credit when a referred new client attends their first appointment. Credits do not expire, can be stacked toward a free style or used as they are earned, and cannot be transferred to another person.
