The menu is grouped into protective styles, natural hair, weave, braids and hair care. Braid options include cornrows set close to the scalp, micro braids that can stay in for months, single braids with no distinct parting, and crochet and feeding braids that blend synthetic hair with natural hair. Twist options include gel, kinky, passion, Senegalese and spring twists. Faux locs and sister locks are also offered. The salon will take down braids, sew-ins, crochet styles, faux locs and comb-outs from natural locs.

Pricing is set by add-ons for length: medium length is $20, small length is $40 and extra small length is $50. A takedown add-on costs $45 and adds an hour to the appointment, and a wash add-on costs $50 and adds 30 minutes. Clients can book online and select add-ons at checkout.

Booking policies are strict. Deposits are nonrefundable and go toward the booked appointment, though the salon may make exceptions. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late must text the management team, and a $20 late fee applies after that point. Arriving 30 minutes late counts as a no-show, and the deposit is then nonrefundable and cannot be transferred. Cancellations need at least 72 hours' notice and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, made through the confirmation email. Only the person with the appointment may enter, so guests with children who are not being serviced are not allowed.
