Braiding is the largest part of the menu, from two feed-in braids and natural stitch braids through box braids, knotless braids in small, medium, large and jumbo sizes, cornrows, French curl braids and tribal or Fulani styles. Box and knotless services include blowdry and braiding hair. A Braid Trio package bundles a medium knotless braid, a tribal or Fulani braid and island twists for one price.

Loc work is a major focus, covering retwists, interlock retwists, loc maintenance, loc comb outs, loc wicking, extended two-strand locs over existing locs, invisible loc options, and starter locs done in coils, two-strand twists or an instant method. Freeform clients can move to locs through a first retwist designed for that transition. New clients and anyone who has not booked a retwist or maintenance in the past six months need an in-person consultation first, and first-time clients with existing locs need an initial loc consultation before any loc service.

Crochet work includes standard crochet, boho bob and crochet loc styles such as butterfly and goddess locs. Crochet hair is not included in the crochet price, so clients either supply their own or pay extra when the stylist provides it. Twists include Senegalese twists, passion twists, island twists and two-strand twists, and takedowns for both added hair and natural hair are priced by braid size.

Booking details are spelled out on the listing. Clients must be 16 or older, and extra guests need the stylist's approval. Deposits are non-refundable, a 50% fee applies to cancellations inside 24 hours, and a full fee applies to no-call no-shows. Squeeze-ins carry an added fee and are arranged by message. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000 with approval before the appointment, and gift cards are sold.

Services are scheduled around hair condition and style size, with in-person consultations used for select work so pricing can be set before the appointment.
