The salon works by appointment only. New clients are asked to book a 40-minute first-time appointment where possible, and anyone who has not been in for over a year is charged first-time client prices. Clients get a 10-minute grace period; arriving after that makes the appointment a no-show and it is cancelled with no exceptions. A $25 fee is added if an appointment is not rescheduled within 24 hours or a client misses it without calling.
The smoothing menu includes the Brazilian Blow Out, a 1 hour 30 minute treatment at $250 that uses a bonding technology to form a protein layer around the hair and smooth the cuticle to reduce frizz. The Keratin Smoothing Treatment is also 1 hour 30 minutes at $250 and requires a $100 deposit when booking. The salon states that this treatment cuts blow-dry time by 50 percent and removes up to 85 percent of frizz, leaving hair soft and shiny for four to five months. The Keratin Express Blowout, at $100 for about an hour, is described by the salon as reducing blow-dry time and frizz for four to six weeks.
Tape-in extensions start at $100 and take about 1 hour 30 minutes. The consultation is free. Application starts at $35 per extension, depending on length, and requires a $250 deposit before the extensions are applied. Removal costs $50, and combined removal and reapplication pricing varies and includes a wash and style.
