Visits start with a complimentary consultation, which can be booked through the website. Clients can come to the studio to see the space and meet the artists before deciding on a treatment. For microblading, a topical numbing agent is applied before the blade enters the skin, and the appointment itself takes under half an hour, according to the site.

Microblading has a set preparation routine. In the 24 hours before, clients are asked not to work out, drink alcohol or have caffeine. In the week before, they are asked to avoid sun and tanning and to skip brow waxing, tinting, microdermabrasion and chemical peels. AHA skincare near the brows and Botox around the brows are to be avoided for two weeks before, and Retin-A should be stopped four weeks before.

After treatment, the brows are kept clean and dry and not touched. A thin layer of aftercare ointment is applied morning and night from day four until scabbing stops. Brows typically take about four to six weeks to heal fully, and the site says results can last up to 18 months.
