Beyond color, the menu includes blowouts and styling with curling and flat irons, haircuts (including combo services that do not include pixie cuts), kids' haircuts for children 11 and under, tape-in and I-tip extensions, hair tinsel and hair feathers, and brow and lip waxing with brow lamination.

A visit usually starts with a free 15-minute consultation to talk about hair goals. For extensions, the service price does not include the extension hair, which clients buy online during consultation, and the salon has recommended hair distributors. Color correction results depend on hair history, so clients are asked to bring three inspiration photos. Bleach-based services may be charged as color correction depending on hair history.

Deposits are $15 for appointments over $50 and under $400, and $100 for appointments of $400 or more and for specialty services. Deposits are applied to the service cost. A deposit is refunded when a cancellation or change is made at least 24 hours ahead (48 hours for $100 deposits); later changes forfeit it. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. After 20 minutes, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, which makes the deposit non-refundable and requires a new deposit to rebook. A no-show forfeits the deposit.

The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Monday and Sunday.
