Clients are asked to arrive with their hair thoroughly washed and blow-dried, or to add washing and blow-drying to the booking. Complimentary snacks and drinks are offered during appointments, and the chai is made with oat milk and topped with whipped cream, with a dairy-free version without the cream available on request. For services that add hair, an apple cider vinegar rinse can be included on request.
Service times on the booking site are estimates, since hair length, density and thickness change how long a style takes. If a hair color isn't specified at least 48 hours ahead, it defaults to 1b. Colors offered include 1, 1b, 2, 4, 27, 30, 350, 530, 613 and violet, along with mixtures of the listed colors.
Appointments have a 10-minute grace period. After that a $20 late fee applies, and appointments are cancelled at 15 minutes late. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead carry a 20% fee, and no-shows are charged 50%. Remaining balances can be paid by card on file or in cash. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 AM to 11:30 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to midnight, and closed Tuesday and Sunday.
