Color is a large part of the menu. Options include root color, foil highlights, lowlights, partial and full balayage, toner, dimensional color, face-framing highlights, corrective color and color correction. A consultation of about 15 minutes is recommended before new color, a new style, color correction or a keratin treatment.

Conditioning treatments are built around Kerastase, with masque treatments, Fusio-Dose, a restorative repair treatment, Waterfall Head Spa and the Chronologiste Head Spa Ritual. For smoothing, the menu lists Cezanne Keratin treatments, a Wella smoothing treatment, Brazilian Blowout (standard and formaldehyde free) and Keratin Complex. Perms, a Botox treatment and a 10-minute head massage are also available.

Booking runs on a few set terms. A valid credit card holds the appointment and covers late cancellations, late changes, late arrivals and no-shows. Changes need to be made by phone or email at least 24 hours ahead, and a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Consultations canceled within 24 hours or missed are charged $25 to the card on file. Listed prices are starting rates that can vary with hair length, thickness and the stylist's experience level. Gratuity is not included and is left to the client.

The salon says its stylists train continuously in cutting, color, and keratin and smoothing treatments, and it asks clients to book a consultation before major color or style changes.
