The salon aims to give every client consistent service, whatever their hair type or the style they want, and says its stylists are trained across all hair types. Blowouts range from a traditional blow dry to a ponytail, braids or an updo, and a blowout option is available for children ages 5 to 10. A blowout session includes a wash, scalp massage, blow dry and style. Curl care visits begin with a consultation, then a wash, deep conditioning and a curly style.

Glam services include a full glam application, one-on-one makeup consultations for learning the basics or new techniques, and wedding and bridal packages. Hair treatments such as a mask and scalp detox are offered to help keep hair healthy. The salon describes its service as stellar and its experience as efficient and luxurious, and says it has five-star reviews. College Park hours are Monday 8am to 6pm, Tuesday through Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday 8am to 4pm.

Appointments are booked online through the salon's booking platform for both locations, and gift cards start at 20 dollars and can be bought the same way. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice. Later changes are charged a share of the scheduled services, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. A 3.5 percent service tax is added to tickets, and the salon is cashless, keeping a card on file.
