Each new guest starts with a consultation that covers lifestyle, how much upkeep they want, timeframe, budget and the current health of their hair before a plan is made. The space is meant to feel comfortable and home-like. Guests can relax with a complimentary coffee, sparkling water, soda or wine, and a shampoo lounge offers a scalp massage along with several conditioning treatment options.

Appointments are by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday, and can be booked through the salon's website or through Vagaro, which also has a wait list. A request is not confirmed until the stylist sends a confirmation notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full service total.
