The menu is a single hair category covering haircuts and trims, color from root touch-ups through full highlights and corrections, relaxers, silk presses, twists, roller and rod sets, braid downs and scalp work. Services are priced as starting points, with an up-charge for longer or high-density hair. Treatments and trims are required with the services booked.

Natural hair clients are asked to arrive with hair already detangled. Detangling done in the salon carries an additional fee. Deposits are taken on many services, ranging from about $9 for treatments and trims to $75 for a color correction, and payment is due when the service is completed. Cash and Zelle are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
