Men's hair systems, often called toupees, are designed to cover bald spots without surgery and are typically secured to the scalp with adhesives or tape. They can last four to six months depending on care. Maintenance is usually booked every four weeks, or every two to three weeks in hotter seasons, depending on the person. Women can choose MicroLines, a hair integration system for hair loss or bald spots, or women's toppers, smaller wig-like pieces that clip onto existing hair.

Color is matched to the client's natural hair at every service and at installation. Each appointment includes a blowout. Before a hair system goes in, hair needs to grow out for an average of two weeks to a month.

Pricing is not listed online. It depends on the thinning area and is assessed at the consultation. If a client decides to go ahead with a hair system after the consultation, a 50% deposit is required. A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure appointments. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours ahead, no-shows, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late carry an automatic 50% charge, and late clients must reschedule.
