The team is led by owner Cindy Bui, who joined the beauty industry at 19 and has kept learning through classes and hair shows around the country. She also teaches classes to other hairstylists. Mallory Parlier works on color and styling, and Veronica Munson leads the skincare work.

The facial menu is built in tiers. The Mini Glow Facial is a 30-minute option for dull skin. The Signature Glow Facial runs 60 minutes and includes deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation and nourishing masks. The Delux Glow Facial is 90 minutes and adds gua-sha massage and red LED. The Time Rewind Deluxe is an anti-aging facial that includes dermaplaning, an enzyme mask, LED therapy and a firming peptide mask. Dermaplaning on its own removes dead skin and fine peach fuzz. A Teen Facial is offered for oily skin and breakouts, and clients aged 13 to 17 need parental consent for it. Gel and Madeliclear chemical peels are also available, with Madeliclear sessions spaced at least three months apart.

Hair services cover all-over color, balayage, highlights and babylights, base color for grey or white hair, toner, men's and women's cuts, blowouts, smoothing treatments and extensions. Membership plans bundle recurring services such as monthly facials, dermaplaning and a 60-minute Japanese Headspa, which includes a scalp analysis, aromatherapy, micro mist, a head bath and a scalp purifying mask. The salon also runs education workshops for stylists.
