Much of the menu is protective and installed styles, including feed-in braids, knotless braids, goddess braids, cornrows, box braids, and several kinds of faux locs and twists. Loc care is a large part of the work, with retwists for the entire head, touch-ups, and reattachment priced per loc.

For natural hair there are silk presses and a silk press with cut, and the Chi Blow Out is described as a non-formaldehyde treatment that reduces frizz. Color is offered as partial or full-head foil highlights, or as caramelizing with up to two highlight colors. Relaxers are also available, including a virgin relaxer for clients who have never had a chemical relaxer before.

Bridal makeup is offered on the wedding day, and a trial session can be booked beforehand. A travel fee may apply. Clients are asked to arrive with their hair detangled and free of previous styles, and the price stays the same if hair is already washed and blown dry. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full service amount, and a client who does not respond within 15 minutes of the appointment time may have the service cancelled.

Services are sorted by hair type and style, with separate options for natural hair, processed hair, and synthetic or crochet installs.
