The space is a newly remodeled studio and salon.

Each new client starts with a consultation of about an hour. It includes a personal style profile, a discussion of methods and pricing, and before photos. The consultation costs $75 and is non-refundable, but the fee is applied to the application cost if the application is booked within one month. A firm quote and an ongoing maintenance estimate are given before the client leaves, and a price estimate from the consultation is valid for 30 days.

Applications are booked Monday through Thursday afternoons and Friday from noon, with no weekend appointments. A full head application usually takes four to six hours and includes a blended cut. Booking requires a 50% deposit to order supplies, and that deposit is non-refundable. Extension hair is not colored; only the natural hair on the crown and around the face is colored or highlighted. Clients may color, perm, straighten or relax while wearing extensions, but extensions must come out before a relaxer.

The hair used is 100% full cuticle human hair. Single strands and wefts are attached with small copper tubes, and tape-ins are made by Dreamcatcher, Short2Long and Hairtalk. Extensions are not recommended for thinning on the crown because they show there. For that area, the studio recommends colored keratin hair fibers such as XFusion, Nanogen and Toppik. Single strands typically last 9 to 12 months with proper care, wefts last about 4 months, and most clients return for maintenance every two to three months. A satisfaction guarantee is offered.

The studio says it can match any hair color and texture, with custom blending as its specialty.
