Clients who want to try the salon can book a patch test first, which places a few extensions on each eye so the client can check for a reaction over 72 hours. New clients who arrive wearing another artist's extensions may be advised to have them removed and a full set applied, or the team may work within the time available.

The salon offers in-person lash training in small groups or one-on-one, along with online courses that include one on building a volume fan. Its boutique sells the Luxe Cashmere Collection lash trays and Anime Feather Lashes.

Each customized set is built from handcrafted fans, with only the amount of extension the natural lashes can safely hold.
