Clients can start with a free consultation, held virtually or in person, and can also try a virtual wig try-on before ordering. Custom wigs are tailored to each client's head measurements rather than cut to one size. Clients choose from named custom units or use the Create My Own option for a design that is not on the menu. Bundle count depends on length: 2 bundles for 14 to 16 inches, 3 for 18 to 22 inches and 4 for 24 to 26 inches. Processing takes 10 to 20 business days, excluding holidays and shipping, and a rush fee can be requested by email. Orders can also be picked up at the salon by choosing that option at checkout.
Wig services cover a revamp that shampoos and conditioners the wig, hair and lace, then restyles and re-parts it, with the elastic band or comb replaced if needed. Other services include closure replacement, color for custom wigs, BYOB wig making for clients who bring their own hair, and wig reconstruction. Mail-in revamps are turned around in 3 to 5 business days after the hair arrives. The business states that its units can last two years or longer with proper maintenance, and that wigs can last a year or more with care.
Policies to know before ordering: all wig sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, and clients agree not to dispute charges after accepting the terms. Packages over $60 need a signature at delivery. Tracking numbers are emailed once an order is fully processed and may take 24 to 48 hours to update.
