Both locations offer hair services and sell salon and spa products. Hubertus is open Monday through Saturday and closed Sundays.

Hair services cover cuts, color, highlights, balayage, perms, and bridal or fashion styling, along with kids cuts and add-ons such as color toner for 30 dollars. Prices start at 30 dollars for a cut, 35 for a wash and cut, and 65 for a wash, cut and style. Balayage with style starts at 205 dollars, and perms with style start at 90 dollars. Kids cuts for children under 10 start at 22 dollars in Hartford and 24 dollars in Hubertus.

Hubertus is the location with the full spa menu. Nail services include manicures, pedicures, shellac and gel, and liquid and powder nail enhancements. Massage options include relaxation, deep tissue and chair massage, with chair massage starting at 25 dollars for 15 minutes. A 60-minute facial starts at 70 dollars. Pedicures start at 45 dollars for express, 55 for classic and 65 for spa. The Hartford location offers limited pedicure service.

The salon's stated aim is to consistently exceed guests' expectations through ongoing education and quality products. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel a single service and 48 hours for multiple services or packages, and to arrive on time, since excessively late clients may be rescheduled.
