About

Every extension plan starts with a consultation, which is free and takes about 30 minutes. It covers the client's hair goals, lifestyle and budget, the extension method that suits them, an evaluation of their natural hair and scalp, color matching and measurements. The consultation ends with a personalized quote, a maintenance plan and recommendations for ordering hair. If the client books the extension service within 30 days, the consultation fee is applied toward it.

Installs are done with a range of methods. V-Light strands are bonded with UV to fill the hairline and crown. Tape-in, Infinity weft, Flex, Hidden Row and I-Tip installs vary in time and price, with the longer methods taking several hours. Hair for clients is custom ordered, so it is not refundable. Hair is included with the V-Light option but not with the other installs. Clients who want to make a larger purchase can use Buy Now, Pay Later in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Extension plans are customized to each client's goals, whether that is added volume, blending, thinning hair support or a full transformation, with the aim of protecting the health of the client's own hair and scalp.
