The salon was started to offer several kinds of service under one roof in a smaller setting rather than a large salon. It describes itself as different from chain-style salons, aiming for quality service with a relaxed, lighthearted feel.

Services range from kids' cuts and student rates to women's color, foil highlights, Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments and perms, plus men's full head color, gentleman's manicures and pedicures, gel and polish manicures, spa pedicures and waxing for the brows, lip, chin and face. Hair extensions and updos are priced after a consultation.

Booking requires a credit card on file. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and shorter notice incurs a $50 fee. Services and prices may change without notice, and hair prices can vary with length and condition.
