Both sit inside salon suites rather than a traditional walk-in salon, and both are open every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM by appointment only, though Sunday availability depends on which nail artists are scheduled at each studio. Clients come from Plano, Addison, North Dallas, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, The Colony and Lewisville.

Visits are dry. The Russian manicure and the Smart pedicure are done without soaking, using specialized tools and fine e-file bits to clean the cuticle area and refine the nail surface. Reusable instruments are sterilized at each studio, with an autoclave and sterilization pouches in Plano and a dry-heat sterilizer and kraft bags in Addison and North Dallas, and single-use nail files are used for every client. Clients are asked to mention any injured, inflamed or irritated nail or skin before the visit, and the nail artist may postpone the service if needed.

Hands are finished with hard gel or builder gel overlays on the natural nail, with color available. Builder gel follows the length of the natural nail, and added length needs the separate nail extensions service. The studio uses gel materials for extensions and overlays rather than acrylic, dip powder, Gel-X or polygel. Old gel is removed down to the base rather than given traditional fills, and a professionally applied builder gel overlay may last around four to five weeks, with manicure maintenance every three to four weeks and pedicure maintenance every four to six weeks suggested.

The Full Combo pairs a Russian manicure with a Smart pedicure, performed at the same time by two nail artists, so availability is more limited later in the day and in the evening. Nail extensions are booked separately and are not part of the Full Combo, and French design is an optional add-on. Pricing varies by nail artist, length and add-ons, and extra time is needed for parking and finding the suite. Evening visitors should check access instructions, since building doors may be locked.

Aims for a clean, thin, strong manicure with a polished look that avoids unnecessary bulk, with precise cuticle care and a natural-looking finish that supports the natural nail.
