Services are customized to each client's needs. The menu runs from color work such as highlights, lowlights, corrective color and a Break The Base Color service, to a custom Designer Cut that includes a shampoo and blow dry. A Conditioning Spa Treatment uses vegan crystals to clear build-up before a moisturizing conditioner and hot towel, and Brazilian Blowout is offered as a keratin-based smoothing treatment, which the salon says improves hair condition without causing damage.

The extension service is the salon's best-known specialty. Luxury extensions use 100% Remy human hair applied with micro beads or links. According to the salon, application and removal involve no heat, glue, sewing, braiding or chemicals, extensions can be styled with a flat iron, curling iron or hot roller and colored, and removal takes far less time than installation. Extensions typically last six months to a year with proper care.

Men's visits include a relaxing shampoo and a style, and a neck clean-up can be booked between cuts. Special Services begin with a free consultation.
