Color is priced by starting point: all-over color starts at $155 and includes 6 oz of color, with $15 added for each extra bowl. Custom blonding starts at $130 with a 1.5 oz partial, and each extra ounce is $20. Vivid services are priced by the hour, and bleaching is included in that rate.

A free consultation of about 15 minutes covers budget, maintenance and home care. Appointments are secured with a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Rescheduling is free once with at least 24 hours' notice; cancellations made under 48 hours before the appointment are charged 50% of the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full fee. Clients running late are asked to send a courtesy text, and a 15-minute grace period applies.
