The color menu runs from quick toner and gloss refreshes and root retouches to longer dimensional work, balayage and double process blonding for returning clients. Partial color retouches cover only the part line and temples and do not include a blowdry. Pintura Highlighting is a freehand painted color service suited to curly hair. Haircuts are priced by the time they take rather than by gender, and the menu includes kids' cuts, clipper work, a barber-style cut with razor edge, and DevaCut, a curl-focused cut that comes with a styling lesson.

Extensions are a specialty, with sew-in weft and tape-in options using HotHeads and Bellami hair, which the salon describes as 100% Remi. Extension consultations are booked separately from the general consultation. Treatments include an Olaplex service, a K18 add-on, a protein-bonding Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment that the salon says reduces frizz and styling time, and a one-hour Scalp Spa with microscope scalp analysis and massage. Waxing covers lip, chin, brow and full face.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Thursday and Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm; it is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours carry a 50% fee of the services booked, and no-shows are charged the full service total, which must be paid before future appointments can be booked.

Haircuts are priced by the time they take and are the same regardless of gender, and each service listing spells out what is and is not included.
