Booking usually begins with a free 15-minute consultation to talk through hair history and goals. Clients who cannot come in can book a virtual consultation by phone, and are asked to send at least three photos of their hair after booking: front, side, back and top.
Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, with the salon closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Parking is available nearby, and the City Parking lot #4 structure on the north side of the building is recommended. The first 90 minutes of city parking are free, and hourly charges apply after that.
Cancellations and changes should be made ahead of time. A 30% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, and clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows and the appointment is cancelled. Gift cards are final sale.
