The salon says it uses current equipment and technology, and its services cover hair extensions, color, cuts and styling, braids, wig installs and natural hair care.

The weave menu runs from a consultation for those new to weaves, which takes about 30 minutes, through quick weaves, weaves with hair left out, full weaves without a haircut, closure and frontal installs, and 360 frontals. Frontal installs need a 13x4 or 13x6 transparent or HD frontal and at least three to four bundles. Frontals and wigs should be dropped off two to three days before the appointment or a $35 extra charge applies, and bundles for colored frontal installs should arrive three to five days ahead unless other arrangements are made. Glueless methods must be requested when booking.

The braid menu is broad, with box, knotless, lemonade, tribal, bohemian and passion twist styles, distressed butterfly locs, crochet braids and kids styles. Accepted braid hair brands are Rastafri, Afreezm and Afrelle; Black & Gold hair is not accepted. Kids styles are for children who are not tender-headed, so tender-headed children should not be booked. I-tip micro links require a consultation within the past three months unless the client does not wear natural hair.

The salon is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 10am to 1:30pm. The phone number is (310) 930-3453. Extra guests and children are not allowed in the salon, and products used in services can be bought on site on the day of the appointment. The salon does not offer refunds and considers exchanges case by case. Online hair orders can be picked up locally by appointment, and the salon invites visitors to join its mailing list for product releases, classes and discounts.
