Visits often begin with a consultation. These can be held in person, by phone on weekdays, or virtually. The consultation includes a hair and scalp analysis and product recommendations. The salon also offers a Health/Lifestyle Analysis, which looks at lifestyle factors that may be linked to hair and scalp conditions. In-person consultations start at $99.

The restoration menu includes non-surgical hair replacement, along with add-ons such as electrotherapy, oxygen therapy and head spa treatments. Treatments are listed for fine and thinning hair, intensive hair loss and seasonal shedding. Micropigmentation is also offered, with prices that vary. For extensions, fusion extensions are bonded with a heated tool using unbonded keratin tips, seamless extensions are taped in with thin wefts, and Mega Hair Tips are applied strand by strand. Weaves include sew-ins, quick weaves and undetectable weaves, which the salon describes as undetectable. Weave removal is offered only for existing clients whose weaves were done at the salon.

The salon welcomes new and existing clients and says it serves men, women and children with confidentiality. It does not take walk-ins, so appointments are needed.
