The signature service is the Signature Blowout, a 60-minute appointment that begins with a personalized shampoo and a product selection matched to the hair's needs, followed by a customized blowout. Other options include the Lunar Haircut + Signature Blowout, a 90-minute visit where the cut is shaped around hair texture and movement, and a Men's Haircut with shampoo and hot towel, which takes 45 minutes.

Faux dreads are a major focus. Every installation begins with a free 20-minute design session to talk through colors, length, charms, accessories and add-ons, and that session is required before booking. Dread Install is a customized 120-minute-or-longer appointment covering placement, blending and styling, and starts at $225. Gentle removal with a personalized shampoo and signature blowout is also offered, and dreads can be reinstalled after a break of three or more days.

Treatments are added to a Signature Blowout or Lunar Haircut rather than sold alone. Options are Hard Water Reset, Deep Hydration, Scalp Detox and Glass Gloss, a colorless shine treatment for smoothing the hair surface and improving softness and manageability. Treatments start at $35 and take at least 30 minutes.

New clients can book the Signature Blowout + Complimentary Treatment, a 90-minute visit that includes a shampoo, a choice of one treatment, a blowout and hair care recommendations. Three memberships are offered monthly: The Essential at $90, The Ritual at $180 and The Transformation at $210, each with 10% off retail and benefits applied automatically at in-store checkout.

Deposits apply to most bookings, with a $30 deposit for a Signature Blowout and $75 for the Lunar Haircut + Signature Blowout. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged in full. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may require rescheduling. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Monday 10 AM to 2:30 PM, and is closed on weekends. Hair extensions are not currently accommodated, and service animals are welcome.
