Before a first visit, new clients fill out an online form that covers hair history, photos of their current hair and inspiration looks, and their preferred scheduling. Appointments are confirmed by text from the stylist's own number, and only with the client's consent.

The menu covers blonding from bleach retouches and highlights to balayage and full blonding redos, plus brunette and dimension work such as low lights and hi/lo color. Custom color options include root retouches, all-over color and color correction. Hair services include cuts, listed at $75, and blowouts, listed at $65. Treatments include gloss, smooth filler, deep conditioning and K18.
