Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment carry a 30% fee. For in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available, with approval needed before the appointment.

The color menu runs from a semi-permanent gloss and retouches of new growth, which are typically done every 4 to 6 weeks, to all-over solid color, foil highlights and lowlights, and full or partial balayage. Color correction for unwanted results starts at $300 and takes about three hours. Bold shades such as pastels and vibrant colors are offered as Vivid Hair Color. Before choosing a color or highlight technique, clients can book a free 15-minute guided consultation.

Extensions include hand-sewn, I-tip, K-tip and tape-in options, with installation starting at $145 and move-ups for sewn-in wefts or I-tip extensions starting at $50. Haircuts start at $45, and cuts for children aged 11 and under come in four options. Shampoo and blow-dry takes 45 minutes, and a deep conditioning hair mask takes 30 minutes.
