Appointments are booked through the salon's GlossGenius booking site. The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday and Sunday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A credit card on file is required to book in the salon software.

Locs and braids are a major part of the menu, including starter locs, loc retwists with or without styling, crochet braids and a loc detox add-on for loc maintenance. Color work ranges from express color and root retouches to full color, gloss or toner, color removal and color correction billed by the hour. Highlighting options include money pieces, mini and veil highlights, balayage or ombre, bleach retouches and global highlights. Extensions include clip-in, weft, sew-in weft, individual beaded and loc extensions.

Some services need a deposit, which is applied to the final total on the day and is forfeited if the appointment is cancelled or missed. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancelling without that notice may be charged 50% of the service amount, and no-shows are charged 100%. An appointment can be rescheduled once, and any further rescheduling carries a $25 service fee. Clients with a personal or medical emergency are asked to contact the salon as soon as possible to decide how to proceed.
