Braiding is the largest part of the menu. Options include small, medium and bra-length box braids, small and medium knotless braids, cornrows, feed-ins, lemonade braids, braided ponytails, Senegalese rope twists, Miracle Knots, crochet styles and human hair mini twists. For many medium and larger braid styles, hair is included in colors 1, 1b, 2 and 4, and other colors can be requested for some styles. Men's braids are limited to braid and twist styles. Shampoo is available for braid appointments unless the client prefers not to have their hair washed by the stylist.

Hair services cover color with grey coverage, consultations on hair goals, styling tips and hair regimen, trims, shampoos, scalp and deep conditioning treatments, haircuts with layers, relaxers, silk presses, natural styling, sleek ponytails, updos for bridal, prom and wedding, and tape-in extensions. Kids can book natural styling, braided ponytails, box braids and knotless braids. Locs are handled through All Things Locs, which covers retwists and starter locs at varying prices. Weave services include quick weaves using a cap or bonding method and sew-ins; hair is not supplied for sew-ins or sleek ponytails.

A one-on-one braid class costs $799 and covers cleaning and disinfection, the knotless technique, cornrows and more, with materials included. A hands-on version includes a full braid kit, a certificate of completion and mentorship. The kit includes a mannequin head, a practice hand, styling products, styling tools and braiding hair.

Booking requires a $50 non-refundable retainer paid at booking, which goes toward the total cost of services. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations or no-shows incur a 50% fee. Clients may reschedule once with the same deposit if an opening is available, with rescheduling done at least 48 hours ahead. A 10-minute grace period applies before a $15 late fee, and arriving 30 minutes late counts as a cancellation. Accepted payments are cash, Zelle, debit and credit; Cash App is not accepted. Children attend only if they are being serviced, and extra guests are not allowed.
