Color services range from root touch-ups for current clients to single process color and full highlight and haircut appointments, with permanent or demi-permanent options for all-over color. Haircuts run from barber and clipper cuts to shorter styles, medium to long cuts, and curly cuts that begin with a consultation on styling and products. Treatments include deep conditioning, body wave perms designed around each client's hair type, length and lifestyle, and two keratin smoothing options with different lengths of result.

Booking policies are worth reading before an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged a 50% service fee, a no-show is charged the full booked price, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment with the full service charged. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Gift cards can be purchased through the website.
