New clients start with a digital consultation form. The first in-salon appointment begins with a 15-minute consultation, and color correction is quoted after that consultation.

The menu covers haircutting, color, scalp massage, keratin smoothing, special occasion styling, conditioning add-ons and brow, lip and chin waxing. Special occasion styling is quoted after a request is sent in advance.

Cancellations or changes need 48 hours notice. A $25 fee applies per cancelled service when less notice is given. A cut or color fix can be requested within 7 days of a visit at no additional charge. Retail product exchanges are accepted at full credit within 30 days of purchase.
