New guests are asked to complete the Digital Consultation Form before their first visit. After that, they receive an email with a recommended service package and instructions for booking online. Guests can expect complimentary Wi-Fi, chargers, and snacks and beverages during visits, and access to a Treatment Lounge with optional treatments, a weighted blanket, and a hot towel wrap with a choice of essential oils. At-home styling tools are available to buy at the salon.

The color and cut services are grouped into named packages by time and scope, from a quick trim-tone-treatment appointment to a full transformation. Treatments include a keratin smoothing option for naturally frizzy hair, an in-salon reparative treatment for chemically damaged hair, a customized Fusio-dose treatment, and an exfoliating scalp treatment. Weddings are handled through a required preview and, for venues within 100 miles of Pleasanton, a local wedding package with a booking retainer. Venues farther away are treated as destination weddings, with packages from $1,000 to $2,400 that include a stylist travelling to the location. Destination clients cover their own travel, accommodation, and transport costs, and the salon asks wedding clients to complete a Wedding Request Form to begin.

Policies: cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours notice. Cancelling late or missing an appointment carries a $100 rebooking fee, and guests more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Service adjustments are made at no charge if reported within 7 days of the visit. All prices are subject to change, and the salon describes its pricing as genderless, ageless, and non-discriminatory.
